Favorite supplements I use and WHY!


If you watch my InstaStories then you have probably seen me start my day with a pre-workout supplement (aka-my momma go juice) It gives me a ton of energy and fuels my body to push through the workout! Works better than coffee IMO and has been a game changer the past 2 years. Which is why I wanted to share more about it and other supplement favs! None of these have artificial colors, flavors, sweetener, or preservatives! I’m picky about what I drink and eat, especially with nursing, so I feel good about using these to stay healthy…plus they taste good!

What is the Performance Line?

No matter how good a workout is, we sometimes can hit a wall in our fitness goals and exercise because we’re too tired, too sore, or not hydrated enough to push through! This is the yellow or pink powder you see me scooping into my water each morning! It’s flavored Lemon or Fruit Punch and has safe, proven ingredients to give you natural energy boost without the side effects or crash later! Lemon is a tart lemony taste and fruit punch is fruity, pineappley taste! Get real crazy and mix half a scoop of each together for a energize cocktail goodness!

Key ingredients are:

Beta-alanine an amino acid that helps buffer lactic acid build up(the stuff that makes you sore), which helps improve exercise performance and delay muscle fatigue so you can push harder and last longer!

Low-dose caffeine from green tea to enhance energy focus

Quercetin, a plant-based nutrient that helps increase the number and efficiency of mitochodria, the “batteries” that make cells work. This is why you feel super focused after drinking Energize! Also where that bright color comes from!


This citrus-flavored supplement is specially formulated to replenish sweat losses and help improve exercise effectiveness, endurance and recovery. It’s intended to be used during workout to keep you hydrated! Similar to a sports drink but without too much sugar and artificial flavors which actually dehydrate you! Bonus to you nursing mommas the electrolytes are key for your supply! This helps with that big time!!

Key ingredients are:

Hydration blend, a balanced combo of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium to help maintain the body’s optimal fluid balance and replace key electrolytes to help you last longer and feel better! (also helps with those muscle cramps!)


Low-dose carbohydrates (from natural sugars) that encourage rapid hydration and delay exercise-induced muscle fatigue, without the overload of sugar.


This is a post workout drink thats to be taken 30 minutes of working out to fuel your body with the building blocks (like protein) it needs to recover (which gets you results faster)! Major role in my post workout recovery and helps prevent that soreness so you can keep plugging away on your workouts! Prevents that whole I can’t walk or sit on the toilet the next day thing…you know what I’m talking about! Comes in Orange and Chocolate! Personally I LOVE chocolate…takes like Wendy’s frosty (no joke!)

Key ingredients are:

Pomegranate extract is a powerful ellagitannin-rich extract shown to promote faster muscle recovery, while helping to manage exercise-induced muscle soreness and improve strength recovery!

20 grams of time-released protein (a blend of whey, pea, casein) for faster muscle recovery-and to keep feeding your muscle for hours.

Branch-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in an ideal ratio to help promote muscle synthesis and support rebuilding.


This has been the biggest game changer for me by far! I suffered from IBS my whole life, but Shakeology has probiotics, probiotics, and digestive enzymes which have totally helped and changed my whole digestive system. It’s made from 70 whole superfoods from around the world, so it replaces my vitamin, probiotic, fills me up, gives me natural energy and tastes amazing! Plus its great for healthy hair, skin, and nails! And just like the others—no artificial junk! I drink this as my afternoon snack because afternoons used to be my weakness for mindless snacking and overeating! When I was full time teaching and had zero time it was my breakfast out the door and on the go!

Okay maybe obsessed with these snack bars! This is my favorite to eat in the morning before I workout along with my Energize because I don’t like working out on an empty stomach! I also have them stuffed in all my bags so I always have a snack when out and on the go! They come in Peanut Butter Chocolate and Chocolate Cherry Almond. Bonus they are way lower in sugar than most bars, gluten free and contain 10g of protein and 4g of fiber but without that chalky protein bar taste! YUMM!
