Yes and YES! My results with the nutrition in just one week since following it have been incredible!! And my results with the previous version before they ramped it up and made it even better. I have been following this system for the past 2 years…yes 2 years! Longest I have been able to “stick” with anything because its not a diet I am sticking with! It’s a lifestyle I have learned that has helped me lose and maintain my results! Through life with a new baby, pregnancy and now ANOTHER new baby and toddler! This is why I am so pumped about the new and improved version that digs deeper to help you even more!

 

What makes this program unique?

Instead of telling you WHAT to eat, this program TEACHES you the WHY and HOW so that you can continue living the healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life without ever “dieting'“ again! Can I get and AMEN and YES PLEASE!!

The whole program is designed around colored containers that teach you how much of each food group you should be eating in a day. I’ve never used these to limit myself. Instead, I use them to make sure I am eating ALL the good foods I should be eating in a day.

Is it for me?

If you are someone who wants to follow a strict meal plan and be told exactly what to eat, this is NOT for you!

But if you are someone who wants to LEARN what and how and why to eat do you can break the diet cycle and instill healthy habits for you and your children by creating a healthy relationship with food, then this IS FOR YOU!

 

What is the ultimate portion fix?

The program consists of short videos that teach you how to use these containers based on your goals, why to eat that way, how to break the sugar addiction, how to grocery shop, how to go to social events and how to LIVE life without feeling deprived but still reach your goals!

There are “tracks” specific for those who want to lose weight, gain weight, het more muscular, vegan, and vegetarians as well!

 

Exercise

Exercise is optional with this program! So if you are a brand new momma who hasn’t been cleared for workouts or recovering from an injury or love the workouts you do, you can still focus on the food!

But if you want to maximize your results, exercise is recommended! You can get a year access to ALL of our workout programs (thousands of different workouts) in our library…known as the Netflix of workouts.

 

Shakeology

One of the core components of this program is Shakeology, which is a superfood powerhouse designed to deliver you nutrients! I drank during pregnancy and while nursing.

It’s made from over 70 whole superfoods and will replace a meal, vitamin, and probiotic each day. It will give you a natural energy boost, lower cholesterol, reduce blood sugar levels, curb cravings and keep you full, AND improves hair, skin, nails, and digestion (aka keeps me regular..IBS struggle was real before)

 

Private groups for support + accountability

And of course my favorite component is the online accountability group I use to motivate and support all those who join me! This little community is unique space where we dig deeper in our walk with God and not just work out but WORK IN. We cheer each other on and encourage one another! So amazing and effective!

The groups are done in a private app, which allows you to log your workout (if you choose) and superfood shake each day, upload progress pics, and track your measurements. So everything is done in one place and I can see what you are logging and keep you accountable and on track!

I post daily tips, motivation, verses, recipes, etc. and set mini challenges and goals for us to work towards. This is where we get to grow further and remember who we were created for and why taking care of us is so important!
