Fitness doesn’t have to be your life and nutrition shouldn’t consume you in order to be healthy! Health and fitness should give you a glimpse of your God given potential and show all that you were created for!

I know for me after having my first little one I was trying to find a workout that I could do and that didn’t take up too much time! I was for sure skeptical of at home workouts..I had always been one to go to the gym or fitness classes. But I was desperate for something that didn’t take me away from home or take up more time! I gave at home workouts a shot and was so surprised! Now 2 years later and many programs in I can say they are my favorite!



NOW I am less than a couple weeks away from having baby number 2!! And even more short on time haha! Which is why I am BEYOND excited about the newest program coming out that is just 20 minutes a day!! PRAISE! This is a total body workout for the body and mind. It integrates cardio, strength, core and balance in 20 minutes per day, 6 days per week. It’s a get in, get busy and get it done kind of workout!

The workout uses a step riser, but not like the 80’s classic aerobics! (no leotards needed here Ha!) It’s a non stop 20 minute workout to help burn calories, tone and build lean muscle. Don’t worry….if you’re thinking I won’t be able to keep up! There are modifications for e v e r y workout! I have seen results from all ages and stages in fit journey from the test group! AND each workout is unique so you never see the same thing twice! No plateau or getting bored here!


The plan is customized to your current weight and goals. Learn to visualize correct portions and form healthy habits. The eating plan is both structured and flexible, guaranteeing a higher rate for success and less frustration!

The goal is that you have the freedom to LIVE your life and still achieve your goals. As your coach, I am here to help you learn how to meal plan and find what works best for you and your family/lifestyle. I provide meal plans and recipes to help set you up right!


Maybe you have tried to do your own workout, follow a plan or eat healthy but you just couldn’t seem to stick with it! I feel you! I have tried the Pinterest plans, tried to count calories or follow the latest diet…but always seemed to fall off and not make it last! Until I found a community of other busy women and mommas on the same journey as me! This group is designed for accountability, support and motivation. It’s what has made me stick with it for the past 2 years and made such a difference in my life! We focus on working in, working out, nutrition, and supporting one another along the way!

Part of the Grace & Grit Transformation is committing to WORKING IN everyday. This is your time to read the bible, devotion, prayer or journaling. This is VITAL in a transformation that starts from the inside and key to making 2019 a year to see God do big things in and around you! The focus verse for this challenge is Romans 12:2 “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
